What helps

• Documents over descriptions. A board paper, contract, email or internal report is worth more than a summary of one.
• Specifics. Entity names, ASX codes, dates, dollar figures and where the relevant filing can be found.
• How you know. Your connection to the information, so it can be weighed properly.

Protect yourself

• Don't use a work email account, work device or work network.
• Consider a separate personal email account created for the purpose.
• Remove metadata from files where you can, or send a photo of the page instead.
